Return & Refund Policy – GenericPharmaRx
We deeply care about your health and satisfaction at GenericPharmaRx. While we aim to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. In case you change your mind and want to return a product or need a refund, check out our policies.
Non-Returnable Products
Once a medicine has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns due to the nature of pharmaceutical products. This enables us to keep all of our items secure, hygienic, and intact.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or wrong product, do this:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order
- Share the pictures of the product package with us; It should be clear
- After confirming the problem, our support staff will provide a reasonable solution, which may include a replacement or a partial or whole refund, depending on the circumstances.
Order Cancellations
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it
- Once we have processed and shipped your order, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds (if applicable)
- If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.
- Once we initiate the refund, you will receive a notification.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Do a double check of your bank account
- Contact your bank or credit card company; it could take some time before your refund is officially posted.
