We understand you can change your mind sometimes, and might need to cancel your order. Here’s how our cancellation policy work at GenericPharmaRx:
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
- To cancel, just email us at support@genericpharmarx.com with your order number and request.
- If your order has already been processed or shipped, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it.
- Once canceled within the allowed time, refund will be processed in full within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
- The time it takes to complete your refund may differ slightly based on your payment provider or bank.
